Dialing Instructions
When a customer needs to use AT&T Direct to place a call to toll-free
number, the following steps should be performed:
1. Make sure there's an outside line.
2. Enter AT&T Direct Access Number for country calling from. For a list
of
Country and Access Codes, click here.
3. Once English-language prompt answers, enter
800-372-5110 without
pressing "1" first.
